Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in Hamilton, OH to support the Machine Center Department. You will operate CNC machines, read calipers and CNC prints, and ensure accuracy and quality in production.

The role requires good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team. First shift is 6am–4pm with overtime possible on Fridays; pay is $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Must pass a medical exam (powder coat only).

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture high-quality parts following safety, ISO, and quality standards.
• Read calipers and CNC prints to interpret dimensions with precision to .000.
• Complete quality forms, daily inspection reports, and other paperwork accurately.
• Use hand tools such as air guns, wrenches, and drill presses as needed.
• Understand and manage machine controls including start, stop, and emergency stop functions.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the Machine Center Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift: 6am - 4pm (Monday-Thursday, overtime possible on Fridays)
