Hubbell Incorporated in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Screw Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) responsible for maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment in compliance with ISO requirements and safety standards. The role involves preventive maintenance on Acme and Davenport screw machines, troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems, and supporting setup and training activities.

Qualified candidates typically have 2–4 years related maintenance experience, a high school diploma or trade

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training in mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting.
• Must be trained in LOTO (Lockout-Tagout).
• Ability to read machine drawings and blueprints.
• Education: High school diploma, trade school experience or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and perform preventive maintenance on screw machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic issues and diagnose problems.
• Perform repairs to manufacture specifications (replacing worn shafts, gears, belts, pulleys).
• Assist setup and operators to resolve changeover issues and material defects.
• Assist in training others as directed by supervisor.
