You will guide implementation, validation, and ongoing performance of screening solutions in clinical and laboratory settings, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and deliver end-user training.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, document issues, and contribute to product enhancements through hands-on field support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Certifications in clinical laboratory science (e.g., MLS/MT) preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA/CLIA regulations.
• Training in quality systems or ISO standards a plus.

• Serve as subject-matter expert on Abbott screening platforms and assays.
• Support implementation, validation, and optimization of screening solutions at customer sites.
• Analyze screening performance data and recommend improvements.
