Job summary

BEL USA LLC in Miami seeks a Screen Room Tech to build, stretch and burn screens for production, and reclaim screens as needed. You will wear PPE, verify order details, select correct screen sizes, label finished screens, and keep a clean, organized workspace while supporting team goals and safety policies.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma (preferred), basic computer experience, strong attention to detail, reliability and good stamina to stand and lift during shifts in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Must wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Check monitors for incoming orders.
• Notify management of discrepancies in work orders to ensure each machine has a balanced workload.
• Ensure the correct screen size is placed on the machine based on order requirements.
• Build, stretch, and burn screens for production’s use.
• Review printed design on screens to ensure it matches with the image displayed on the monitor.
• Properly label each screen once printed for production’s use.
• Walk the production floor to collect any unused screens.
• Utilize CTS and Liberator machines for screen burning purposes.
• Responsible for inspecting own work to ensure that the customer is receiving the highest quality product possible.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area including performing general housekeeping duties i.e. sweeping, etc.
• Support teamwork through active participation and/or by helping team ideas work.
• Reliable, regular attendance is essential.
• Perform duties safely and in accordance with Company safety policies.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Manager or Supervisor

Education/Certification

High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
