Job summary

BSN Sports, A Varsity Brands Company, is seeking a Production Associate / Screen Room Specialist in McClellan Park, CA. You will assist in the screen print production, perform quality checks, and support the press operator to ensure high-quality apparel. Hours are Monday–Friday 5am–1pm, onsite, full-time with overtime during peak season.

HS diploma required; bilingual in English/Spanish a bonus. Base pay starts at $17.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow as you contribute to our teamwork and

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with screen printing machines and software.
• Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.
• Read and comprehend English documents.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and prepare the area to print multi-color work.
• Maintain productivity while meeting quality standards.
• Quality check decorated garments.
• Assist press operator with loading material and ink application.
• Operate machinery to coat, reclaim, image and develop screens.
• Move materials with pallet jack and RF scanner.
• Keep area and equipment clean; use press wash weekly.
• Wear appropriate PPE and maintain safety.
• Demonstrate punctuality, teamwork and reliability.
