Job summary

BSN Sports, A Varsity Achievement Brand, is seeking a Production Associate to support screen print production. You will assist with screen room activities, perform quality checks, and coordinate with the press operator to ensure accurate, high-quality finished garments for customers.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting 15–35 lbs, and compatibility with a non-climate-controlled environment. Overtime on peak season is expected.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with screen printing machines and software.
• Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.
• An eye for accuracy to catch irregularities ensuring that we only send out the best product.
• A reliable team member that employees can count on every day to be punctual.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and prep area for multi-color printing.
• Direct physical activity to maintain productivity with high quality.
• Quality check garments according to specifications.
• Assist press operator: load material, apply ink, change squeegees, pre-count material.
• Operate machinery to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens for printing.
• Move material using pallet jack and RF scanner across the facility.
• Keep area and equipment clean; use press wash weekly.
• Wear appropriate PPE for safety.
• Learn tasks quickly, be detail-oriented, team-focused, and punctual.
