Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Overtime may be required during peak season (July–December).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and prepare the print area for multi-color work.
• Maintain productivity while meeting high quality specifications.
• Quality check decorated garments based on customer specifications.
• Assist the press operator by loading material, applying ink to screens, changing squeegees, and pre-counting material.
• Operate machinery to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens used in screen-printing.
• Move materials using a pallet jack and RF scanner.
• Keep area and equipment clean; use press wash weekly.
• Wear required PPE for safety and colleagues.
• Be punctual, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
