Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is hiring a Production Associate/. Screen Room Specialist to assist in producing high-quality screen-printed garments. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting 15–35 lbs, and ability to see color distinctions for accuracy. Overtime may be required during peak season.

The position is onsite in McClellan Park, CA with standard hours 5am–1pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly; overtime possible during July–December to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Familiarity with screen printing machines and software.
• Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and prepare the area to print multi-color work.
• Perform quality checks on decorated garments to meet specifications.
• Assist press operator by loading material and applying ink to screens.
• Operate machinery to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens used in printing.
