Job summary

Zing Green Safety Products is seeking a Workflow & Order Processing Coordinator for its Custom Printing team to keep production moving from start to finish.

You will coordinate work orders, manage priorities, and support multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and quality products for customers.

You'll review schedules, print and process tickets, stage orders, and communicate production requirements. A proactive, detail-oriented communicator thrives in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in production scheduling or order processing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with ERP and order-entry software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review the daily production schedule and ensure alignment across teams.
• Print and process job tickets using DecoNetwork and verify details for accuracy.
• Schedule, stage, and release work orders to the production floor.
• Coordinate priorities, including rush orders and special requests.
• Distribute work orders and provide clear production instructions to teams.
• Collaborate with Custom Team Leader and Custom Support to resolve questions.
• Review artwork to ensure accuracy before production begins.
• Confirm completed orders in DecoNetwork and QuickBooks.
• Communicate special production requirements to operators and associates.
• Coordinate workflow between Production, Custom Support, Shipping and other departments.
• Maintain accurate production records and order workflow documentation.
• Order supplies and support daily production operations.
• Assist others in the Customization Department as needed.
