Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in screen printing within manufacturing, a solid eye for color accuracy, and the ability to work 8–12 hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on screen printing experience in a commercial or industrial environment.
• Ability to mix inks to match color standards and test for viscosity.
• Experience with setup, calibration, and operation of presses (manual and automated).

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate manual and automated screen printing presses, exposure units, squeegees, and curing ovens.
• Prepare, mix, and test inks to match color swatches and viscosity standards; inspect for misregistration and ink coverage.
• Diagnose and resolve printing defects; perform screen cleaning, reclamation, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor ink, mesh, emulsion, and substrate usage to minimize waste and reprints.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and safety at a high standard on the shop floor.
