Job summary

Custom Print Graphics is seeking an experienced screen print operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has advanced knowledge operating both automatic and manual screen-printing equipment to ensure quality, efficiency and on-time production.

You will set up and register screens, mix inks, print multi-color designs, conduct test prints, and maintain equipment while meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment. Shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating textile screen-printing equipment (automatic and manual).
• Knowledge of different ink types (plastisol, water-based, discharge, etc.).
• Ability to set up, register, and print multi-color designs.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Availability to work shifts and meet tight production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and manual screen-printing presses for high-volume production.
• Set up and register screens, mix inks, and adjust colors according to specifications.
• Conduct test prints and ensure output meets customer quality standards.
• Maintain and clean equipment, screens, and work areas to keep production running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues such as misregistration, smudges, or color inconsistencies.
• Work closely with the production team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Follow company safety and hygiene protocols.
