Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating screen printing equipment.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure M&R printing presses, including loading screens, aligning multi-color registration, and adjusting squeegees and off-contact.
• Inspect garments for print quality and defects.
• Match Pantone colors, mix standard or specialty inks (plastisol, water-based, discharge), and load them into screens.
• Review work orders and garment counts, manage job changeovers efficiently, and keep the workspace clean and safe.
• Assist with other production needs and help meet daily production goals and deadlines.
