Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bellmawr, NJ for a Screen Print and Embroidery Machine Operator. The operator will set up, operate, and monitor screen printing and embroidery machines to customize apparel and other promotional products according to job specifications. Responsibilities include preparing artwork and materials, loading garments, selecting and mixing inks or threads, aligning designs, and performing test runs to ensure accurate placement and color. The role also involves inspecting finished products for quality, making adjustments to machinery as needed, and completing basic routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. The operator will work closely with production and customer service teams to meet deadlines, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in machine operation, including setup, adjustment, and safe use of screen print and embroidery machinery.
