SpeedPro Phoenix is seeking a part-time Operator to work on on-site apparel projects using heat press, embroidery and DTF printers. The role includes selecting colors, threads, fabrics, and performing routine machine maintenance while troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities include producing customer orders with on-site designer, verifying specs, and maintaining a clean workspace. Training provided; experience in the industry is preferred. 20–30 hours per week; on-site schedule.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Operate Heat Press, Embroidery and DTF Equipment, along with any other additional equipment necessary
• Operate embroidery sewing machine and DTF machine to produce customer orders
• Work with on-site designer to upload print files and insure they are correct
• Verify product specifications, colors, quantities, and materials
• Interpret work instructions, perform quality control checks, and troubleshoot malfunctions
• Provide high-quality embroidery work by monitoring printing processes to ensure consistent quality throughout production runs
• Receive in packages from items ordered
• Check and keep stock in machine accessories (bobbins, thread, Ink, garmets, etc)
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Physical presence at the office on a set and predictable schedule

Job Details
