Job summary

SpeedPro Central PA operates in a fast-paced, large-format printing studio. We seek a part-time Operator to handle apparel production using heat press, embroidery and DTF printers, selecting colors and fabrics, and performing regular machine maintenance. Training is provided, with prior industry experience preferred.

Work 20-30 hours per week on site, with opportunities to grow as we collaborate with designers to deliver high-quality custom products to clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate Heat Press, Embroidery and DTF Equipment and related tools.
• Operate embroidery machine and DTF machine to produce orders.
• Work with on-site designer to upload print files and ensure they are correct.
• Verify product specifications, colors, quantities, and materials.
• Interpret work instructions, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Provide high-quality embroidery work by monitoring printing processes to ensure consistency.
• Receive packages from items ordered.
• Check and maintain stock of machine accessories (bobbins, thread, ink, garments).
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Physical presence at the office on a set and predictable schedule.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Operate Heat Press, Embroidery and DTF Equipment, along with any other additional equipment necessary
• Operate embroidery sewing machine and DTF machine to produce customer orders
• Work with on-site designer to upload print files and insure they are correct
• Verify product specifications, colors, quantities, and materials
• Interpret work instructions, perform quality control checks, and troubleshoot malfunctions
• Provide high-quality embroidery work by monitoring printing processes to ensure consistent quality throughout production runs
• Receive in packages from items ordered
• Check and keep stock in machine accessories (bobbins, thread, Ink, garmets, etc)
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Physical presence at the office on a set and predictable schedule
