THE RIGHT STAFF in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a dependable Digital Press Operator for 1st shift on-site. You will operate digital production equipment, prepare materials, monitor quality, and help meet daily production goals.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow instructions. Experience in manufacturing or printing is preferred; applicants must pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to match colors accurately.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Previous manufacturing, production, printing, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor digital production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
• Prepare materials and supplies for production runs based on job requirements and work instructions.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Inspect products throughout the production process to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Check colors and match printed materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and established safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials used, and output as required.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve workflow challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
