Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas after food preparation
• Supervise dietary staff in the absence of the Food Service Supervisor
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all meals
• Set priorities and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
