Responsibilities

Set up and stock cooking stations.
Cook and present dishes according to Simmzy's or Tin Roof Bistro recipes.
Display correct recipe on monitor during prep and cook.
Ensure recipe adherence is followed during production.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including startup, shutdown and routine maintenance.
Keep a super clean and organized workstation.
Explain procedures clearly to others.
