Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a consistent Thursday-Monday schedule before lunch through dinner and AM shift as needed.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred.
• Able to secure food handler permits within two weeks of first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes using broiling, grilling, frying, and sautéing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and assist teammates during service hours.
• Complete opening and closing tasks for each shift and help with daily prep.
• Keep stations stocked, monitor refrigeration, and refresh pantry items.
• Record temperatures and ensure sanitary kitchen environment for safety and satisfaction.
