Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED; 3–5 years in a similar role or scrap industry preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain constructive working relationships with customers and employees.
• Mathematical and problem solving skills, basic negotiation skills, attention to detail, and basic typing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Weigh and grade incoming scrap loads (ferrous/non-ferrous) using inbound scales.
• Operate outgoing scale and compute ticket totals for payment.
• Direct customers to unloading areas and coordinate with office personnel for documentation.
• Communicate scrap pricing to production crews and customers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
