Qualifications

• Must pass a medical physical and drug test.
• Must pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED required; foreign education acceptable.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand directions; basic math skills needed.
• Willingness to learn sorting, PPE, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets, boxes, and bundles as part of yard operations.
• Handle and sort materials; push, pull, lift, and carry to fill hoppers and belts.
• Unpack and sort plastics, packaging, and other materials.
• Disassemble small equipment and assist with maintenance tasks.
• Operate basic yard tools and ensure cleanup and safety at shift end.
