About the Role:

The Bailer - 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri/ 3p-11p) plays a critical role in the efficient operation of our manufacturing by managing the baling equipment to compact materials into manageable bales.

This position ensures that materials are processed safely and efficiently, contributing to the overall productivity and environmental compliance of the facility. The role requires close attention to detail to monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and maintain quality standards for the baled materials. Working primarily during the second shift, the Bailer will collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols. Ultimately, this position supports the company’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainability through effective material handling and equipment management.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to safely operate machinery, tools, and production equipment.
• Manufacturing/warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, varying temperatures, and moving equipment.
• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all company safety policies.
• Cross-training and rotation between workstations based on production needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while performing other duties as assigned.
