SA Recycling LLC is seeking a reliable team member to load and unload trucks, inspect metal grades, and perform daily safety inspections in a busy scrap yard environment. The role requires effective communication with offices and customers to determine loading needs, with a focus on safety and orderly work areas.

Ideal candidates may have a high school diploma or GED and some wheel loader experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Must pass a medical physical and drug test.
• Must pass a background check.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous wheel loader experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload trucks hauling scrap metal.
• Inspect and determine metal grade for inventory tracking.
• Perform DOT daily operation and safety inspection.
• Communicate with office and customers to determine commodities to load.
• Work with customers to satisfy their needs and assist them when problems arise.
• Work with other employees to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct daily maintenance such as refueling, lubrication, and cleaning.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly; ensure proper waste disposal.
• Attend work shifts regularly with punctual attendance.
