Job summary

Green Metals, Inc. seeks a warehouse operations leader to direct warehouse and driver activities in Huntsville, AL. The role ensures safe, efficient operations and maintains safety standards across all facilities and work areas.

You will support material flow, inventory controls, and training while driving continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction across stored products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the warehouse and drivers.
• Ensure all Team Members conduct operations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure all Team Members areas meet safety requirements.
• Implement safety and environmental systems for safety of personnel, equipment and property; maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Support and maintain work instructions, process procedures and standards for material flow.
• Support and control inventory, storage layout and design; coordinate audits for safety and process performance; supervise training.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen to foster a bottom-up culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and provide leadership for preventative actions to reduce or eliminate waste and quality problems for stored products.

Summary
