Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Specialist, Property Management to provide day-to-day property management support for our Scottsdale location. You will lead small projects, manage service contracts, and coordinate improvements across owned or leased facilities.

Reporting to senior management, you will liaise with tenants and landlords, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with safety and facility standards. A strong background in commercial real estate and facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business, real estate or facility/property management preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate, facility/property management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day property management functions, including service contracts and renewals.
• Acts as liaison between tenants and landlords; coordinates improvements and notices of default.
• Manages small property projects and annual service contracts; oversees bid reviews and contract administration.
• Reviews and approves project plans; tracks costs, change orders, and final cost reports.
• May perform additional responsibilities as assigned; supports senior leaders.
