Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Scottsdale property to troubleshoot, repair, and prevent issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.

You will manage work orders, perform preventive maintenance, inspect facilities, coordinate with contractors, and help keep buildings safe, attractive, and well‑maintained, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in property management, hospitality, or related environments.
• Strong working knowledge of maintenance principles, tools, and equipment.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, appliance, and general building repair practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete and prioritize work orders based on urgency, safety, and operational impact.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, grounds, and common areas.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
