We are currently seeking a professional and dynamic full-time assistant manager for our Scottsdale, AZ location. Job Description:

• Deliver and ensure compliance with all PWM required sales and operational policies and initiatives.
• Support the company expectations and lead by example to achieve sales and profitability through sales generation, customer service, expense control, visual presentation, and inventory management.
• Partner with the store manager to develop business and marketing strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
• Provide leadership, training, and development; retain strong sales teams, provide positive feedback and coaching, redirect, retrain, and manage performance.
• Contribute to controlling expenses through promotional and pricing compliance, loss prevention, employee retention, and following general store expense budgets.
• Maintain consistent written and verbal communication with the Store Manager, Area Manager, and other departmental groups regarding store performance.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and ensure the store team is compliant.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Expectations:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Support the store manager in effectively planning, organizing, delegating, evaluating, and providing feedback.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Meet deadlines even when the manager is not present.
• Understand and drive store statistical performance including, but not limited to, UPT, ADS, and conversion rates.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with store employees, management, and customers. Excellent listening and writing skills.
