Job summary

Bird is hiring an Operations Specialist in the United States to keep our fleet moving. You’ll drive, deploy, relocate, and prepare scooters for riders, ensuring every ride is safe, smooth, and on time.

Shift: 6am-2:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm, four days a week of your choice. Pay: $18/hour. You’ll work behind the scenes with warehouse and fleet teams, using mobile apps and internal tools to hit daily goals and support product testing.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to operate a smartphone while on the move.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, load/unload, and follow routes to deploy or retrieve scooters.
• Relocate scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas efficiently.
• Perform basic diagnostics and quality checks on scooters and e-bikes.
• Support warehouse and fleet staging operations.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and use internal tools to hit daily goals.
