Job summary

Opal Collection in Maryland is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver attentive service in accordance with our SOPs, ensuring a positive guest experience.

This role offers comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to work in a supportive environment. Must be able to work weekends/holidays and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED not required but is a plus.
• Previous experience a plus.
• Courteous phone skills and ability to take accurate messages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone.
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOPs.
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Complete opening side work to prepare for the shift.
• Complete closing side work at end of shift.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance.
• Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas.
