• MooMobile Lead – oversee daily truck operations and provide the Sweet Cow experience at events
• Shift Lead – guide and support your team while ensuring smooth and efficient shop operations
• Assistant and General Manager – build and grow strong shop teams and community relationships

What We Need from You

• Can work at least 2 shifts per week (10+ hrs)
• Open availability. To keep things running smoothly, we need team members with flexible availability. Regardless of how many shifts you want to work, your availability must include:

• 4 daytime shifts (open-4 pm) Mon-Fri
• OR
• 2+ closing shifts Mon-Thu, 2+ closing shifts Fri-Sun, and 1+ daytime shifts Sat-Sun (Closing shifts typically end 1 hour past posted closing time.)

• 16+ years old
• Can lift up to 50 lbs & stand for your whole shift
• Commitment to schedule adherence, continued training, and growth

Compensation

$22.77 per hour ($16.27 per hour + $6.50/hr average in tips)
