What You’ll Do:

• Scoop, serve & engage with customers – friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and fun!
• Keep the shop running smoothly – clean, organized, and efficient!
• Work as a team – uphold shop and team standards!
• POS and cash handling – accurate and efficient!

• MooMobile Lead – oversee daily truck operations and provide the Sweet Cow experience at events
• Shift Lead – guide and support your team while ensuring smooth and efficient shop operations
• Assistant and General Manager – build and grow strong shop teams and community relationships

What We Need from You:

• Can work at least 2 shifts per week (10+hrs)
• Open availability:
  • 4 daytime shifts (open-4 pm) Mon‑Fri
  • 2+ closing shifts Mon‑Thu, 2+ closing shifts Fri‑Sun, and 1+ daytime shifts Sat‑Sun
• 16+ years old
• Can lift up to 50 lbs & stand for your whole shift
• Commitment to schedule adherence, continued training, and growth

Compensation:

$20.80 per hour ($14.30 per hour + $6.50 average in tips)
