Qualifications

• 16+ years old

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create welcoming experiences for every guest
• Share flavor stories, offer samples, and guide guests to their next scoop
• Scoop ice cream, prepare cones, operate the register, and support shop operations
• Greet guests and help manage the flow of the shop
• Process transactions accurately and assist with online and delivery orders
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the shop
• Support dishwashing and other tasks to keep the shop running smoothly

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create welcoming experiences for every guest

• Scoop ice cream, make waffle cones, operate the register, and support daily shop operations
• Greet guests, answer questions, and help guide the flow of the shop
• Accurately process transactions and assist with online and delivery orders
• Prepare products according to recipes and quality standards
• Restock ice cream, supplies, and retail products throughout the shiftMaintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards across the shop
• Support dishwashing, cleaning, and other operational tasks that keep the shop running smoothly
• Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive and supportive environment
