Clementine's Naughty and Nice Creamery is a microcreamery based in St. Louis, Missouri, that creates handcrafted ice creams using locally sourced, grass-fed, pasture-raised, hormone and RBST-free cow's milk. With a focus on quality and tradition, our decadent ice creams are made with the finest handpicked ingredients from around the world. Our recipes are developed from scratch in our 5000 sq ft ice cream kitchen to provide the best ice cream in St. Louis and beyond.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scoop Shop Manager located in St. Louis, MO. The Scoop Shop Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage store activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and enhance the overall customer experience at our creamery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Operations and store management experience
• Proven ability to enhance customer experience
• Effective leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
