Store Manager Salary Range: $45,000- $56,000 plus monthly bonus of 5-35% of base

Our Store Managers Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate your team to supply the highest level of guest satisfaction and top-notch product quality.
• Execute the day in, day out operations in one of our stores.
• Meet and succeed profit and loss goals.
• Lead, supervise, and train in product preparation, including portioning, packaging, and cleaning. Manage cost controls and inventory.

• Monthly bonuses averaging between $500 - 700.
