Our Store Managers Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate your team to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction and top-notch product quality.
• Execute daily store operations effectively.
• Meet and succeed in profit and loss goals.
• Lead, supervise, and train staff in product preparation, including portioning, packaging, and cleaning.
• Manage cost controls and inventory.
