Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL, seeks a Staff Nurse for its Special Care Nursery (NICU) to provide high-quality care during nights on a 36-hour full-time schedule. The role offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus for nurses with at least 18 months in the SCN specialty and requires a current IL RN license and BLS.

The NICU care setting is level 2E; ideal candidates have NICU Level 3 or equivalent experience, and NRP training within six months of start. Excellent benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
