Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Special Care Nursery (NICU) role on a full-time night shift. The position offers 36 hours per week, rotating weekends and holidays, with a base pay range of $36.00 to $55.80 per hour, and a $25,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates with 18 months NICU experience.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree or higher in nursing, Illinois RN licensure, BLS, and NRP within six months. Experience in NICU Level 3 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• If ADN is highest degree, must graduate with BSN within five years of start date
• High preferred 2 years of NICU Level 3 RN experience
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure
• Current BLS through American Heart Association
• NRP within six months of start date

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
