Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Scissor Operator in McKinney, TX to support crews with scissor lift operations, roofing, and construction tasks.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and teamwork as part of a long-standing industry leader. The position requires a Class B CDL with airbrake endorsements, ability to pass a DOT medical and drug screen, and the capacity to travel up to 90% with potential two-week overnight assignments.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Class B CDL license with airbrake endorsements and appropriate licensing to operate standard/manual transmissions.
• Individual must be able to pass DOT Physical and Drug Screening.
• Must be able to comply with safety equipment's 275 lb weight limit and lifting requirements.
• Position requires 90% travel, including overnight trips possibly up to two weeks.

Responsabilités

• Schedule truck for designated projects, primarily roofs and ceilings.
• Work with crews in a safe, organized, productive environment.
• Schedule truck for designated projects; some travel is required.
• Potential for additional training and certifications on equipment.
• Maintain maintenance schedule on vehicle per GE guidelines.
• Follow Morton Buildings' procedures and processes; submit vehicle reports monthly.
• Adhere to safety procedures including overhead power line restrictions and fall protection.
