Job summary

Parallax Advanced Research Corporation seeks a Program Manager, Catalyst Collective, to lead multiple concurrent construction and secure facility projects across Parallax sites in support of the Catalyst Collective business vertical.

The role manages scope, schedule, and budget from requirements to occupancy, coordinating with construction, engineering, and security experts while advancing ICD 705 compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of program or project management experience leading complex efforts with multiple stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and competing priorities.
• Experience managing contractors or external vendors and holding them accountable for deliverables.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project budgets, schedules, risk management, and change control.
• Excellent communication skills to brief leadership and coordinate with contractors.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close multiple concurrent construction and facility build-out projects across Parallax sites.
• Manage each project's scope, schedule, budget, and risk register from initial requirements through occupancy and closeout.
• Build and maintain integrated master schedules and track critical path.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and vendors to ensure contract scope and quality.
• Deliver status reports and dashboards to leadership on progress, risks, and decisions.
