Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead the planning, construction, and delivery of a new office facility with SCIF space in Raleigh, NC. Active TS/SCI clearance is required to coordinate with government leadership and contractors.

You will oversee the design through accreditation, manage budgets and schedules, and work with architects, GCs, and security officials to ensure compliance and timely occupancy.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience supporting construction, facility, or program operations in government/defense.
• Experience with ICD 705 and SCIF construction/accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction and build-out of Raleigh facility from design through accreditation.
• Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and subcontractors on schedules and specs.
• Ensure facility designs meet ICD 705 (SAP-F) and security standards.
• Serve as primary contact with government facility security officials during construction and accreditation.
• Track budgets, schedules, risks, and performance across cost, schedule, and quality.
