Job summary

SABG is seeking a Collocation and Facilities Manager to support U.S. Space Force mission requirements by managing secure facilities, space allocation, collocation, and mission infrastructure, including SCIFs and SAPFs.

The role coordinates facility usage agreements, accreditation, and infrastructure sustainment to align with acquisition strategies. This position requires extensive DoD facilities operations experience, ARCHIBUS proficiency, and the ability to manage high-sensitivity networks and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 15+ years of DoD facilities/SCIF experience.
• Experience coordinating facility space allocation, usage agreements, work orders, relocations, and modernization.
• Experience obtaining or coordinating facility security accreditation for TS/SCI SCIF/SAPF environments.
• Proficient use of ARCHIBUS for space utilization, work orders, and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility space allocation, collocation procedures, usage agreements, work orders, relocations, and modernization.
• Manage the planning, operation, and sustainment of secure mission infrastructure in line with acquisition strategies.
• Maintain accredited SCIFs and SAPFs ensuring compliance with security requirements.
• Coordinate facility security accreditation, co-use approvals, and ongoing compliance for TS/SCI environments.
• Oversee construction, renovation, and retrofitting in accordance with ICD 705 and security rules.
• Direct office relocations and long-term modernization while minimizing mission disruption.
• Maintain Host Tenant Support Agreements and coordinate with government and mission partners.
• Use ARCHIBUS to support facilities management, records, and work orders.
