Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a seasoned Personnel & Facilities Management Specialist to oversee secure facilities, accreditation, and space allocation for SCIF/SAPF environments supporting national security missions.

You will coordinate with government and contractor teams, manage IT infrastructure and network bandwidth, and ensure operational readiness while maintaining ICD 705 compliance and space utilization guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• TS/SCI Eligibility required.
• 15+ years of DoW HR and IT/telecommunications and facility management in a SCIF environment.
• Extensive experience in facility security accreditation or co-use approvals of TS/SCI SCIF and SAP-F environments.
• Experience with RAMS / ARCHIBUS.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain an accredited SCI Facility (SCIF)/SAP Facility (SAPF) for use by Government and Contractor personnel.
• Maintain an accredited SAPF and IT infrastructure including network bandwidth to access near-real time classified operational and experimental data feeds and high-performance processing.
• Advise the Government on security documentation and coordinate with the IC, DoW, and security agent staffs.
• Provide on-site support at defense contractor facilities to support contract tasks.
