BryceTech is seeking a Collocation and Facilities Manager to support U.S. Space Force mission requirements through the management of secure facilities, space allocation, collocation, and mission infrastructure.

This role supports SCIF/SAPF accreditation, IT and telecoms readiness, and alignment with acquisition strategies in a classified DoD environment. You will coordinate space usage, work orders, relocations, and daily facility operations, leveraging ARCHIBUS and coordinating with government

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of DoD facilities management/IT/telecoms experience in a SCIF environment.
• Experience using ARCHIBUS for facilities management.
• Experience coordinating facility security accreditation for TS/SCI SCIFs and SAPFs.
• Experience managing high-availability networks and secure IT systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate space allocation, collocation, and facility modernization activities
• Manage secure mission infrastructure operations aligned with acquisition strategies
• Maintain accredited SCIFs and SAPFs and ensure security compliance
• Coordinate security accreditation and co-use approvals for TS/SCI environments
• Oversee construction, renovation, and retrofitting of TS/SCI facilities
• Lead daily facilities maintenance, space allocation, and FUB activities
• Provide updates to leadership and coordinate with Government and contractor partners
