QinetiQ US, a mission-led defense technology company, seeks a Personnel & Facilities Management Specialist to support SCI/SAP facilities for USSF and DoW. You will collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and government partners to ensure security accreditation and space allocation across multi-level data environments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, TS/SCI eligibility, and 15+ years in DoD facilities/security, with RAMS/ARCHIBUS experience.

Formación

• TS/SCI eligibility required.
• Minimum 15+ years in DoW HR/IT/Telecom/Facility Management within a SCIF.
• Extensive experience in facility security accreditation and co-use approvals for TS/SCI SCIF and SAP-F environments.
• Experience coordinating facility space allocation, relocations, and modernization.
• Experience with RAMS / ARCHIBUS.
• Experience in securing and maintaining facility security accreditations.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain an accredited SCI Facility (SCIF) / SAP Facility (SAPF) for Government and Contractor personnel.
• Operate and maintain an environment with multi-level data services access.
• Maintain accredited SAPF and IT infrastructure including network bandwidth for near-real time data feeds.
• Advise the Government on security documentation and coordinate with IC, DoW, and security staff.
• Provide on-site support at defense contractor facilities to support contract tasks.
