Job summary

Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Crypto Officer to join our Orlando-based team supporting the National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC). The role focuses on COMSEC management, secure communications, and cryptographic device operations in a SCIF environment daily on site.

The successful candidate will safeguard COMSEC assets, maintain inventories, conduct audits, and develop training around cryptographic procedures, with NSA-approved devices and rugged cross-team collaboration

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum of 5 years in COMSEC, secure communications, or cryptographic management.
• Proficiency with DMVPN, MACsec, and MPLS.
• Familiarity with NSA-approved encryption devices and COMSEC procedures.
• On-site daily in a SCIF environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous audit/inventory records.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage, safeguard, and maintain inventory of COMSEC equipment and cryptographic keys.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot NSA-approved encryption devices and TACLANEs.
• Respond to Emergency Directives affecting cryptographic devices and communications security.
• Ensure strict adherence to government and military COMSEC regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular inventories, inspections, and audits of COMSEC materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation for all COMSEC assets.
• Conduct COMSEC security briefings and provide training on responsibilities and handling procedures.
• Develop and deliver training programs for COMSEC and network security.
