Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze DNA, RNA, and chromatin from cell subsets.
  • Perform basic cell culture.
  • Design and carry out CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing in cell lines and mice.
  • Update and maintain laboratory notebooks and databases.
  • Attend laboratory meetings and present results to staff.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment.
