Axle is seeking a Scientist to join our vibrant team at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) supporting the National Institute on Aging (NIA) located in Baltimore, MD.
The Scientist will provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the National Institute on Aging (NIA), delivering services and deliverables through the performance of support services including basic molecular biology and biochemistry experiments, preparation and analysis of DNA, RNA, and chromatin from cell subsets, basic cell culture, and CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing in cell lines and mice. A Master's degree is required. Certifications & Licenses additionally call for a Ph.D. in a scientific field, along with a background in Biology and excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
