Qualifications

• Experience with basic molecular biology and biochemistry.
• CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing in cells and mice desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic molecular biology and biochemistry experiments.
• Prepare and analyze DNA, RNA, and chromatin from cell subsets.
• Perform basic cell culture.
• Design and carry out CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing in cell lines and mice.
• Update and maintain laboratory notebooks and databases.
• Attend laboratory meetings and present results.
