Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in a relevant field with strong semiconductor processing knowledge.
• 2+ years in semiconductor device processing and process engineering.
• Experience with etch, thin films, metrology, and wet/dry cleans.
• Ability to analyze data related to semiconductor device performance.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to communicate to technical and programmatic audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop specialized processes for fabrication of photodiodes for infrared detection using standard and customized semiconductor processes and equipment.
• Experiment, perform DOEs, and establish methods to sustain and improve current processes.
• Identify processing conditions to achieve device design goals.
• Lead complex technical projects with budget and schedule objectives.
• Understand process yield and perform yield analysis.
• Develop process flows and communicate requirements to engineers and scientists.
• Understand device physics and mask layout implications.
• Construct and execute experimental plans and analyze results.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams and present results to peers and management.
• Accept responsibility and accountability.
