Job summary

Repertoire Immune Medicines seeks a Scientist II to advance its autoimmune tolerance programs. You will design, produce, purify, and characterize therapeutic mRNA, optimize expression elements, and explore high-throughput in vivo assays to evaluate payloads and delivery vehicles.

Working with the ITED team and LNP, you will push candidates from concept through preclinical and IND-enabling studies, mentoring junior staff and enforcing rigorous lab safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS with relevant biotech/pharma experience in mRNA design, production, and analytical characterization.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex materials and maintain rigorous data integrity.
• Strong organizational, collaborative, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce, purify, and characterize therapeutic mRNA, including UTR/ORF design.
• Develop high‑throughput in vivo assays to assess payloads and delivery vehicles.
• Collaborate with LNP, in vivo pharmacology, and computational sciences to advance candidates.
• Lead by example with lab safety and mentor junior staff.
• Document work in electronic lab notebooks and summarize project findings.
